Monday Morning Slop
Every Monday morning, I compile a list of updates from my people for my skip-boss. These are the usual updates of what happened, and the blockers. My skipboss then uses them to report at the executive meeting later in the day.
I read over the notes my people write, mostly with AI, and pull out the interesting things.
This week my skip-boss is away but told me he will use AI to “report” at the meeting, whatever that means.
So it’s written AI updates filtered by me, reported by AI. Perhaps its time for me to collect to summarize with AI as well.
