Nobody is watching
I had two meetings today that confirmed my feeling that no one is watching. Most people are focused on themselves, most people are worried about their own thing. So, just do the thing, stop worring so much about what others are thinking. You spend too much time thinking about them anyway. They aren’t worth the time or energy.
Just do the thing, because nobody is watching.
